Tier 2 Visa cap

I welcome the decision by the Home Secretary to exclude doctors and nurses from the cap on skilled worker visas. While we should continue to concentrate on growing our own workforce, the Home Secretary has recognised that, at this time, we need more nurses and doctors in the UK.

Guide Dogs UK

Today I met with guide dog owners to discuss the Guide Dogs UK campaign on pavement parking. This is a big issue and causes serious issues for blind and partially sighted people.
