As you will know, my long-time friend and Assistant, Mark Calway, passed away on the 16th February.Mark’s funeral will take place on Thursday 10th March 2016 at St Michael & All Angels Church, Bishop’s Cleeve GL52 8LJ at 1.30pm.

Trade delegation - Nigeria

Over the recess, I travelled to Nigeria on a trade mission to promote British business.

I am happy to say that figures show the employment rate has hit another record high while the claimant count is at its lowest in four decades. Today employment is at 31.4 million (up 521,000 over the past year and up by over 2.3 million since 2010).
