I greatly regret the action taken against Israel by Hamas and, like so many others, I mourn the loss of life which those attacks, together with Israel’s inevitable response, have caused. I support our government in its publicly announced intention and action to stand by Israel.
The Tour of Britain Race, starting at Tewkesbury Abbey at 11am on the 9th September, will result in some roads being closed for around 30 minutes while the riders pass through. Full details will be available on the Tewkesbury Borough Council website over the coming weeks.

I was honoured to attend Westminster Hall to hear an address by the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy. His bravery and leadership is helping his country to defend itself against a terrible aggressor. He expressed appreciation to the UK. Long may our friendship last.
